Returns and Exchanges

 

  • SOPHISWIM does not offer refunds, store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving.
  • Items MUST be in the original form it was received.
  • Items MUST be unworn and unwashed and untampered in order to exchange. Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product.
  • Items that have been evidently worn due to stains, smell, or reattachment of hygiene sticker will be DENIED for an exchange, no exceptions.
  • To authorize a return please email post@sophiswim.com to receive a returns form. This form need to be filled out and put in the returning package so that we can issue a store credit.
  • Customer must cover return shipping cost.
  • SOPHISWIM is not responsible for lost packages and so it is essential to provide shipping with a tracking code.
  • Refunds will only be offered in the event of a manufacturing fault. If this is to happen please email us at sophiswim@mail.com.
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
  • Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.
  • If your return is not in perfect condition we will send it back to you and customer will have to pay for the return.

  • All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and not subject to exchange or return.
